About Gina Demos

I was initially trained as a dance/movement therapist. My focus is on the body-felt experience. Connecting to the body-felt experience leads to insight and the ability to process verbally. My education has included study and training in many models including Internal Family Systems, Body/Mind Energy, Neural Linguistic Programming, Narrative Therapy, Holographic Memory Resolution and Hypnotherapy.
